Design Tips

There are certain considerations that must be looked into when designing aT-Shirt. First of all, determine what are the various types of material is available from the supplier as there are different material will have different effects on the output. Then, decide how many colors do you need. Usually, the less colors used, the less the T-shirt is. Third, choose the print method. We list the print methods below for your reference.

SILKSCREEN PRINTING	SilkScreen is the least expensive for high volume orders, and there are no limit to the number of colour used. Printout is also clear and bright. But due to the fact that colour separation is needed to be done, it may need a longer lead time. It is also not suitable for precise drawing like human face.
EMBOSS PRINTING	The process is to enhance all important feature on a picture. The colour will become lighten by 40% when using this kind of print method.
TRANSFER PRINT	Also called iron-on, this method is suitable for precise drawing. Transfer print uses heat to apply a printed image to your item. This decoration process works best on white or very light colour items. The lead time for this method is also very fast. For an order of about 500 pieces, we can deliver in 1 to 2 days time. The colour is also not very bright for this method, but there are no limited to the colour used. It is suitable for small amount designs.
EMBROIDERY	Embroidery uses coloured thread stitched into a design on the surface of item. This decoration process provides a classic, professional look suitable for most items like t-shirts, caps, etc
