	Security hologram A security hologram cannot be photocopied or reproduced accurately. The fraudulent copy of the security hologram will not refract the light.
	Thermochromic Ink Thermochromic ink disappears when heat is applied leaving a blank square on the fugitive panel
	Invisible UV Ink UV ink is invisible under normal light. When viewed through a UV lamp a previously invisible image will appear.
	Copyvoid Once an original security document is photocopied or scanned onto paper, the word 'VOID' appears.
	Microtext Microtext is a minute font size which can only be viewed through a magnifying glass. If the cheque is photocopied the text will blur, rendering the message unrecognisable.
