Design in our office or write down your ideas?
They both have advantages and disadvatages when compared to the other. If customer design in our local office, you can express your idea clearly to our designers and can get exactly what you want. But if you choose to write down your ideas, sometimes there will be different versions came out and you will be impressed with the creative design.

Print local or GLOBAL?
All we want to do is to reduce our cost, this definitely will reduce the customers' cost. So when you consider printing locally or printing global, you can think about these: is this printing urgent and is it worth to wait 3 more days to reduce much printing cost. If customer choose to print oversea, then we handle all of the remianing job, include printing and distribution. All you need is giving us more time.

How does 1impress operate?
Customer visit our website and have rough idea what they want and got the quotation in the website. If they have ready to print artworks, then just email or send to 1impress local office and 1impress will do all the following jobs for the customers, including file proof checking, printing and distribution. If the customer don't have designs, we will assit the customer to finish their design and manage the rest jobs.
